Service Description
This childbirth education class covers important topics such as basic anatomy of pregnancy, common myths about pregnancy/birth, the stages and phases of birth, common interventions, how to communicate with your care provider, ways to cope with contractions, ways to prepare your partner for birth, how to get your birth partner involved, and general breastfeeding guidance. This class is excellent for families expecting their first baby or simply want to be more informed about pregnancy, labor & delivery. Limit of two people per booking. Additional $25 per person above the limit. Each class is 3 hours long and takes place at My Family Birth Center in Ogden Ut. **Special arrangements can be made to have the class taught in the comfort of your own home.
