Drawing from principles of Spinning Babies® and the Body Ready Method®, this class offers practical, evidence-informed tools you can begin using right away.
You’ll learn how daily movement patterns, muscle balance, and body awareness can impact baby’s positioning, comfort in pregnancy, and the flow of labor. Together, we’ll explore simple exercises, stretches, and techniques that help create space in the pelvis, encourage optimal fetal positioning, and support the body’s natural ability to give birth.
